i would give her one star if it would let me. i called to ask about some flowers for my wedding and center pieces, i have seven bridesmaids and im going to need about 30 center pieces, she was extremely rude said she had a long distance phone call on the other line and for me to call back and then hung up. well i hope she reads this, because i WILL NOT be calling back and i am expecting to spend well over $500 on flowers so i will just take my money some where else.
The ordering process went very well. This is a very busy time of year and I needed flowers for a funeral that is three days away. It was very comforting to know that Elegant Creations Flowers was going to do everything possible to complete my order. I am extremely grateful for their compassion!
